If you are no longer a member of ours or registered with us, we will retain and disclose your personal information for the purposes described above for a two year period before deleting or de-identifying it.
Once we have collected personal information from you, Shadow Fitness Club transfers data to our servers in Sydney for storage and processing. You consent to that transfer.
