BOXING CLASSES

At Shadow Fitness Club, we offer engaging and dynamic boxing classes for both kids and adults, designed to help everyone build strength, boost confidence, and enjoy the art of boxing in a safe, fun and motivating environment. Our experienced trainers are dedicated to making sure each participant gets the most out of every class, no matter their age or experience level.


KIDS BOXING CLASSES

(Ages 7 and Up)

Our kids’ boxing classes are the perfect introduction to fitness and self-defence for children aged 7 and up. We believe that boxing is much more than a sport – it’s a way to build important life skills like confidence, discipline and perseverance. And don’t worry, parents – there is no sparring involved in our kids’ classes, so you can be assured of your child’s safety whilst they enjoy a great workout.

  • Self-Defence Skills: We teach practical, age-appropriate techniques to help children build confidence and awareness.
  • Fitness and Fun: Kids will stay active, improve their coordination, and build endurance, all whilst having a blast.

  • No Sparring: Safety is our top priority, so our children’s classes focus on non-contact drills and techniques to keep learning both fun and safe.

ADULT BOXING CLASSES

Our adult boxing program is designed for all skill levels, whether you’re a beginner looking to get fit or a seasoned boxer wanting to sharpen your skills. We offer a range of classes, including both boxing technique and conditioning classes, plus the option to spar for those looking to take their training to the next level.


Under the guidance of our experienced coaches and a strategic boxing curriculum developed by NSW Head Coach Nudge Mieli, you’ll be training with some of the best in the industry. Join our Head Coach, Ben Ilacqua, alongside dedicated women’s and kids’ boxing coach Claudia Berry, and current Australian Super Bantamweight Champion Shanell Dargan. Our newly upgraded headquarters features a fully equipped boxing ring, allowing you to experience training like a true athlete.


What to Expect:

  • Boxing Tech & Conditioning Classes: These sessions focus on mastering technique, improving strength and increasing endurance.
  • Optional Sparring: For those who want a real in-ring experience, we offer controlled sparring under the supervision of our expert coaches.
  • Expert Coaching: All of our trainers bring years of experience to help you develop your skills in a safe and encouraging environment.
